The main target market for ZOU's is business and local people, as well as family and the local Chinese community.  

Product & Service Information

A major selling point for ZOU's is quality and speed. This means the restuarant offers really tasty food, with good service in a speedy manner. ZOU's aims to make every guest feel comfortable when they consume in the restaurant. It is easier to keep customers happy, and consequently have them return, than to attract new customers all the time. It is important to for ZOU's to provide customers with an enjoyable experience; and have them return. Most customers who currently frequent the restuarant, are return customers.

ZOU's is currently undergoing a renovation. The inside is being gutted and completely re-decorated and re-arranged to excite and accomodate even more customers.

ZOU'S CHINESE RESTAURANT located at 365 MINT ST, East Perth.

ZOUs CHINESE RESTAURANT is set to go under a huge renovation to update its current facilities. Throught the process ZOUs will keep its loyal patronage updated through a series of exciting blog updates.

The new design will include a round bar in front of a large dining room. This will be included to accomodate customers wanting a casual dinner, or just a drink with friends. The new layout will accomodate 150 seats, and six toilets (three male and three female). Management also aims to update the current staff facilities; giving staff a new breakroom (also can be used for storage of personal items) and a new bathroom. ZOUs will continue to be a fully licensed restaurant, allowing customers to BYO (wine only).

The restaurant currently has an excellent reputation, and is proud to have a large base of return customers. ZOUs hopes its loyal customers will enjoy keeping up with the updating of their favourite restaurant.
